Our wedding tasting was today and it…was….DELICIOUS!! You’re all in for a treat because we already knew Thousand Oaks has a good menu but guess what, their banquet menu is just as good! We tried an assortment of appetizers, salads, entrees, starches, & vegetables. Alongside all the main meals, we also tasted cakes!! There was SO much food and it was nice to make some decisions for the big day!
Here’s the finalized dinner entrees –
- Thousand Oaks Bistro Steak – served Medium Rare with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce
- Stuffed Chicken Breast w/Mozzerella, Roasted Red Pepper, Basil & Spinach served w/Red Pepper Cream Sauce
- Goat Cheese & Spinach Stuffed Salmon topped with Roasted Red Pepper Aioli
They’re all great options but starting thinking now because we’ll need your choices alongside the RSVPs we’re sending out with the invitations!!
