Below is the stone Tharon proposed to me with. It’s a Demantoid Garnet which is a rare stone that most people are not aware of. It’s absolutely beautiful and am so happy he did his research! At first I was a little shocked that it was only a stone but then it made me even more excited to design the ring I wanted. He’s always looking out for me and I can be a little picky at times.
He proposed on Friday, December 19th and by Sunday, December 21st we had our design into Rogers & Holland. It would take 4-6 weeks to finish and we couldn’t be more anxious along the process. To keep the experience with R&H to a minimum, it took much longer than that (9 weeks) but once we officially saw the ring finished, we couldn’t be happier!!
